The Sisters of Charity is currently seeking to add Clinical Coordinators to our health care team. These positions will work under the direction of our new Clinical Administrators. This position would be similar to a nurse manager or ADON. There will be clinical coordinators in skilled living (SL) and in assisted living (AL)/Memory Care.

The Clinical Coordinator is responsible for working within the clinical team in their respective area (SL or AL) to implement and manage the clinical staff and program to ensure the delivery of high quality resident care and services consistent with regulations and established clinical best practices.

As a member of the new health care leadership team, the clinical coordinator will participate in the planning and implementation of strategies and programming that assure quality resident care while achieving short and long-term operational goals and objectives for Mount Carmel.

Candidates should be a Registered Nurse with current licensure with the State Board of Nursing, and 2-3 years of health care management experience or related field, and have experience in gerontological nursing, rehabilitative and restorative clinical practices.
